Join me on a 4 week online course to remove the stagnation and create space in your life with a focus on digestive and liver health. Two areas that often hold stagnation in our bodies stoping the natural flow within.

Think beautiful rituals, mindfulness, how to use food optimally during this season, recipes ideas, digestive/detoxing herbs, a cook-along, how to really embrace time nature.

We will start in March to declutter all aspects of our lives to create the space that is needed to allow our intentions and dreams to take root and grow.

Stagnation can take many forms, if you say thats me to any below this 4 week journey could give you the practical steps to start implementing changes in your life to help improve, support and eradicate these symptoms.

Physical stagnation appears as bloating, sluggishness, PMS, hormone imbalances, skin upsets, general digestive problems, headaches.

Emotional and mental stagnation the feelings of being stuck, frustrated, heaviness, maybe you just feel a bit out of sorts, not feeling enough, struggling to form boundaries, struggling to sleep.

We can often feel stuck and frustrated during this time of year so we will journey together to shake this off. Our liver health is so important for the function of our hormonal health

Each week we will meet for 60 minutes and explore a new area.

You will receive a work book which will hold a meditation, ritual, a recipe and journaling prompts for the 4 weeks.

  • Without creating the space you can’t implement sustainable change so this week is all about decluttering and spring cleaning. We will be doing this to both our mind, body and lifestyles.

  • Now we have created the space we can create growth and start to thing of intentions we would like to sow.

    We will focus on digestive health and why it is so important in every aspect of our health. We will look at foods that cause stagnation and those that give us energy, clarity and grounding.

  • The liver will be our main focus here and which foods/lifestyle hacks that help with support the detoxication process. By learning how to flush your liver daily you will never have to do an extreme detox again!

  • This week will be split into two parts a fun practical cook along and looking at herbs that tonify our digestion and liver health.

    We will make kimchi a really simple, fun gut loving food which you can add to so many dishes.

For years I was a workaholic people pleaser with no boundaries and very limited self worth. I felt stagnant, consistently bloated, stuck and disconnected to my body.

This course has been created as something that would of really benefited me through these times.
