Through somatic work, sound, reiki, rest, and body wisdom - this is a place where healing doesn't ask more of you. It asks you to finally do less.

1:1 Psychosomatic Sessions

I'm looking for those who feel called to experience this work - whether you know what psychosomatics is or you simply feel curious.
You do not need to come with an intention, a problem to fix, or any experience with somatic work. All I ask is that you bring curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore.
These sessions are a space to slow down, listen to the body, and gently explore what might be held beneath the surface.

A 90 minute 1-1 personal holistic exploration of rest, natural rhythm and hormonal harmony.
This is not your typical women’s health review this is a chance to explore, tend and nurture an area of your inner garden.
A slow, sacred space offered sporadically throughout the year designed to bring you back to your body, back to rest and back to your own cyclical wisdom.
Whether you are:

Moving through fertility preparation or IVF
Simply feeling disconnect, depleted or dysregulated.
This session offers a soft but potent pause to recalibrate your nervous system, reconnect to your bodies natural rhythm and explore what true alignment could feel like. Meeting you where you are at in your journey and allows you space to explore what feels current and important to you. Whether that’s exhaustion, hormonal support, stress relief, or a desire of reconnecting to rest and natural rhythms.
