The quarter moon package - £666
4 sessions over 8 weeks for those who want more in depth guidance and space holding but don’t want or feel the need to commit for 12 weeks.
The full moon package - £999
This offers the deepest journey, most support this includes 6 sessions taken either weekly or bi weekly over a 12 weeks period depending on your health concern and what feels right for you. Recipe support is included in this package.
This Involves
-Filling out a health history questionnaire.
-An initial consultation of 60-75mins.
-Filling out a 5-7 day food journal.
-5 follow up sessions of approx 45minutes.
-Telegram support throughout our journey together.

Consists of getting to know one another and the opportunity for you to share your motivation and goals for these sessions. We will look over and go deeper into your health history questionnaire you filled out prior to our session. I will leave you with a few suggestions that you can immediately implement into your lifestyle
After our first session you will be asked to fill out a food journal so I can gain an insight into how and what you are eating.

During the next few sessions we will create a plan together, I will suggest changes gradually that I think will improve your health. This will involve food and nutrition but also lifestyle and wellness changes if I think they would benefit. You will receive a written up plan of these suggestions to refer back to.

During our final session we will wrap everything up and make sure you feel empowered and capable of sustaining the changes you have made during our sessions.

If you are someone who struggles to find things in supermarkets or gets a bit overwhelmed, let’s arrange an in person trip.
We can discuss what ingredients would be suitable to add to your trolly and we can find them together. This can be stand alone session or one of your follow up consultation sessions.

The session comes with a PDF post session covering everything we discussed, any suitable action steps and a 30 minutes Q&A follow up.
